The seventh edition of the Salon du Chocolat Brussels (Brussels Chocolate Salon), a fair reuniting over a hundred chocolate makers, pastry chefs, confectioners, and cocoa producers, opened here Thursday in the Belgian capital. The fair kicked off with the traditional Chocolate Fashion Show, showcasing around a dozen spectacular creations dreamed up by duos of Belgian chocolatiers and designers.
