Workers cut the ice cover on the Songhua River in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Dec. 11, 2019. Every winter, Harbin will host a series of ice sculpture competitions. Since Dec. 7, 2019, workers have been collecting and delievering ice and artists have been working on sculptures with exquisite craftsmanship.
