TOKYO, April 20 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 107 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Friday, largely in line with its levels in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 107.45-46 yen compared with 107.31-41 yen in New York and 107.28-30 yen at 5 p.m. local time on Thursday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.2342-2343 dollars and 132.62-63 yen against 1.2339-2349 dollars and 132.50-60 yen in New York and 1.2388-2389 dollars and 132.90-94 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
